Noy is a senior organizational consultant and the director of the Employee Engagement Unit within AL Consultants. She specializes in leading organizational assessment and evaluation processes and connecting them directly to practical applications. Noy believes that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and highlights the importance of open communication and positive interpersonal relationships in driving effective, productive teamwork. In the past, Noy was involved in a different sort of guidance – training tour guides. Now she guides groups and managers along the paths to change, growth, and development… But still takes time to enjoy the view. Noy holds an MSc in Management Science – Organizational Behavior.
