This is the second time our organization has worked with AL Consultants on an employee engagement survey. This is an excellent tool for finding out where the organization stands and what we need to focus on in our annual plan. It also provides us with a benchmark against similar companies. As HR, what we tell management often fails to sound sufficiently serious, unless we can back it up with real data. The use of the tool has therefore been a real eye-opener for many senior executives, even the most skeptical among them. After all, you can’t argue with data. As a result, it’s become much easier to persuade management to take action on a variety of issues. Our work with the AL Consultants team has been extremely productive. We received close, attentive support throughout the entire process. The AL Consultants team helped us by shedding light on the places which were in need of attention. We did the thinking together, working closely with your team, and the final deliverables are extremely accessible. They really helped us to obtain a clear picture of the situation.

We have conducted organizational surveys in the past, but the unique, different perspective that AL Consultants brought to the table just felt right for us. The HR UP course focused on highly important, extremely relevant issues, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic – issues that might tend to lose traction in times of crisis, while multiple changes are taking place, yet still need to be noted and managed correctly: issues such as corporate culture and values – defining them and giving them meaning; employee engagement – finding the right way to integrate people with the organization; and advising and supporting managers in the field. The course laid down an infrastructure based on communication and cross-pollination between HR managers from various organizations, some similar and others very different, all of which facilitated peer learning. From one session to another, we opened up to one another, discussed professional dilemmas, and worked together to come up with solutions by pooling our experiences and brainstorming as a team. Moran is incredibly professional, bringing to the table her rich experience in supporting a variety of companies. She always knew when to take the lead and when to listen, absorb, empower and advise. I came out of the process with a set of ideas to be implemented in my organization. I am very satisfied and can warmly recommend this service!
