Implementing the “Manager to Mentor” Program – 6 group management sessions of 4 hours each, providing access to management tools, practice tests, and hands-on experience.

step 04.

Personal Guidance – 3 one-on-one meetings for each manager to ensure the effective implementation of the training process.
