Senior organizational consultant, with extensive experience facilitating groups and workshops in a variety of sectors, leading executive development courses at various levels. leads the growth and development processes of individuals and organizations, with an emphasis on management and leadership skills, organizational engagement, building an HR strategy and a productive organizational culture.  Renana believes in deep listening as a tool for building beneficial relationships.

As a two-month-old baby she was already one of the founders of a new community. Since then the ability to dream, implement and fulfill has been flowing in her blood and the love for entrepreneurship and startups has always been at her core.

Renana has an MBA with a specialization in Organizational Behavior with honors from the Hebrew University, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with honors from Bar Ilan University.  Renana also graduated from a group facilitation course, and a personal training course using the Satya method.
