We completed a management course from AL Consultants. At the end of the three-month course, we indeed emerged filled with insights, with a management toolkit, and with and a much greater degree of cohesion as a management team. In 2021 we decided to undertake a global executive development course spanning Israel and the United States – an especially complex challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic. The course helped equip our managers with practical tools that can be easily used and implemented. The facilitators, all highly professional, bonded with the managers and did an excellent job of building the content and encouraging participation. The managers felt they were being seen and heard. They also found that there were other managers dealing with similar challenges. We as an HR team played a substantial role in the course, related to the challenges the participants presented, and suggested new perspectives for their coping strategies. We showed them that we are their partners on the management journey and that there is considerable investment and organizational support for their role.

Nirit, I just wanted to say a huge thank-you once again for the course. I’m not sure you remember but in our first conversations I told you I was skeptical. I wasn’t sure how much people were actually going to share, to bond, and so on. It has been a fantastic course! Cooperation has been incredible, wall to wall, across all workshops.
