Moran has been supporting us as a company for several years now, ever since we were just 15 employees and now today, when we have a 90-strong workforce. All these years have been a rollercoaster, with ups and downs, and plenty of growing pains, both personally and in interdepartmental work processes. Each and every one of us has experienced these pains at one time or another. As CEO, I feel these growing pains and the need for personal and professional development every moment of every day. I meet with Moran once a week. Moran has that knack to ask the questions that hit the nail on the head. Conversations with her help break down complicated problems and to find solutions. She shines a light on blind spots and helps me think through professional dilemmas, important decisions and courses of action. She does all this through a positive, professional approach, taking a holistic view of people.

I met Moran two years ago, around the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the midst of this political, health, personal and professional maelstrom, Moran was a source of strength as well as a fount of knowledge, perspective and strategic guidance. Moran combines sharp professionalism insistent on building a strategy, on thinking outside the box, on pushing ahead – along with the ability to contain, to listen, and to project inexhaustible empathy. I think anyone choosing to work with her will be a winner. She has helped me advance and develop my department while never losing sight of the organization’s needs, achieving targets and developing the department. She has also taught us the value of offsites and team builds, which have had tremendous impact on the organization and its corporate culture. It has been a great pleasure to work alongside her – I warmly recommend it.

I would like to point out that besides her professionalism, her outstanding guidance, and adaptation to my needs, Moran has exhibited considerable sensitivity and interest on an interpersonal level. My meetings with her have certainly accomplished their goal and have helped me achieve my targets.
