Program Design & Launch (One-Time) – Defining and building the training programs, focusing the content, and creating a selection and registration format that includes channeling the courses to all relevant managers.
Preliminary Diagnosis & Content Adaptation – Conversations with representatives of the participating managers to define the case studies, practical exercises, and learning content in accordance with organizational management principles and the conclusions of the conversations.
Harnessing & Initiation – A personal feedback questionnaire to prepare the participant and coordinate expectations, and a meeting with direct managers to create a common language.
Course Delivery – 3 practical sessions for each mini course, which will focus on gaining hands-on tools alongside learning from case studies and peer learning opportunities.
