Lior is an organizational consultant, project manager, and encoder in our Employee Engagement Unit. She diagnoses gaps and needs among employees, using them to build and implement a practical work plan for improved retention and engagement. Lior believes in the ability of every person to learn, develop, and grow, and encourages organizations to encourage personal growth as a practical retention tool. She is a writer and illustrator who loves all forms of culture and art. By using a creative approach that combines tools from various areas, she is able to tackle any issue that comes to her door. Lior is currently undertaking an MA in Organizational Consulting & Development at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and already holds a BA in Sociology, Anthropology & Education, with honors.
