Elizabeth is an organizational consultant and the head of our VC Partnership Unit, where she generates immense value for VC funds by advising them on internal strategy, HR, and effectively developing human capital. She supports organizational change and development processes, guided by her belief in a dynamic, enjoyable corporate culture and an effective, precisely calibrated strategy that highlights human capital and personal connections. Elizabeth believes that when you look within, the picture becomes clearer. She has previously performed as a jazz and opera singer, and when she discovered the business-economic world, she instantly realized that her voice needed to be heard there as well. Elizabeth holds an MA in Organizational Behavior & Development (OBD).
